Shakti

We can organise performances for the legendary Shakti with her various dance interpretations infused with her own unique hybrid dance form of traditional Indian and Japanese Classical dance, laced with fiery erotica. Dubbed a ‘dance genius’ by leading dance critics, the Tokyo based dance diva is available within the context of her world travels which takes her to many countries; dancing in such diverse venues as Japanese Temples, Moscow’s Russia Concert Hall, Versailles’ Palais des Congres and New York’s Lincoln Centre. Shakti also organizes and performs at her own theatre venue ‘The Garage International’ at various festivals in Adelaide (Australia), Avignon (France) and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe every year.

We also represent Japan Experience in the UK for Shakti, the name that she uses to introduce Japanese performers to other countries.
